These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the hi111 online gaming platform. 1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hi111 ("hi111", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://hi111.app ("the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the Platform — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.
hi111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following any such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version currently published on this page supersedes all prior versions.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. All communications between hi111 and its players, including support correspondence, notifications, and account alerts, are conducted in English.
hi111 operates as a fair and secure online gaming platform. We do not warrant that the Platform is available in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your place of residence. If you are uncertain, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
2. Account Registration
To access the full range of hi111 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals as defined in Section 3 (Age Restriction & Eligibility).
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number (the number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or other payment account), and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual may hold exactly one (1) hi111 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different names — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, hi111 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to be your activity and your liability. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify hi111 immediately at [email protected].
- Account registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number for OTP verification.
- hi111 may request identity documents (national ID, passport, or driving licence) at any stage to verify your identity.
- Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may be suspended pending document submission.
- hi111 does not charge any fee for account registration, verification, or maintenance.
3. Age Restriction & Eligibility
hi111 operates a strict 18+ only policy. No person under the age of 18 years is permitted to register an account, access any gaming product, place a bet, or make a financial transaction on the Platform. This policy is absolute and non-negotiable.
By completing registration, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. hi111 may at any time — including at the point of registration, first deposit, or withdrawal request — require you to submit documentary proof of age. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.
Where hi111 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. During any suspension period, deposits will not be accepted and withdrawals will not be processed. If age verification confirms that the player is under 18, the account will be closed, all bonuses will be voided, and any deposited funds will be refunded to the original payment source in accordance with our standard refund process.
hi111 takes underage gambling seriously and employs automated and manual monitoring processes to detect potential underage activity. Players who knowingly assist a minor in accessing the Platform — including sharing account credentials — will have their own account permanently closed.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
hi111 operates a BDT-denominated cashier. All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made in BDT.
Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa (debit/credit), and Mastercard (debit/credit). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at hi111's discretion. The current list of available payment methods is always displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed in the cashier interface at the time of transaction. hi111 does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges as per their own fee schedules.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with anti-money laundering (AML) best practice. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically instant to within 2 hours of approval.
- Visa / Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days, subject to card issuer processing times.
- Bank Transfer: 2 to 5 business days, subject to bank processing schedules.
hi111 reserves the right to carry out additional identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting copies of your NID, a photo of the payment card used, or a recent bank statement. These checks are carried out in compliance with standard AML procedures and do not constitute grounds for complaint.
Deposits made to a hi111 account must be used for gaming activity. hi111 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request and return funds to the original deposit source where there is no evidence of genuine gaming activity (i.e., the deposit was made and immediately withdrawn without any wagering).
5. Bonus & Promotions Terms
hi111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, BPL season promotions, Eid specials, Pohela Boishakh bonuses, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms.
Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
General bonus rules that apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Only one bonus may be active at any given time per account.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
- hi111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
- Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
- hi111 reserves the right to reclaim a bonus at any time if it believes the bonus was claimed in error or in breach of these terms.
All bonus values and wagering requirements are denominated in BDT. Where a bonus is described as a percentage of a deposit (e.g., 100% up to ৳20,000), the bonus amount is calculated based on the qualifying deposit amount at the time of claim and is subject to the maximum stated cap.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the Platform, you agree to conduct yourself lawfully, fairly, and in good faith at all times. hi111 maintains a safe and enjoyable environment for all players; any conduct that threatens the integrity of the Platform or the experience of other players is strictly prohibited.
The following conduct is expressly forbidden:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other stage.
- Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
- Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
- Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing hands in live poker, communicating game outcomes in real time, or coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes.
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches. Any winnings obtained as a result of a software malfunction are void and will not be paid.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code or underlying infrastructure of the Platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing hi111 staff or other players via any communication channel.
hi111 employs real-time fraud detection and game integrity monitoring. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, hi111 may suspend the relevant account immediately, void all associated bets and bonuses, and refer the matter to relevant authorities if required by law.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
Players may request to close their hi111 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided that the account is in good standing and all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been addressed.
hi111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Confirmed or suspected underage gambling.
- Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, including chargebacks or use of stolen payment methods.
- Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
- Player-requested self-exclusion (see the Responsible Gaming page for details).
Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, hi111 reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and withhold any deposited funds pending investigation. In cases of fraud, chargebacks, or money laundering, deposited funds may be seized in their entirety and reported to law enforcement as required.
Players who have voluntarily self-excluded may not re-register on the Platform for the duration of their self-exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a breach of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
hi111 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service and accurate game outcomes, we do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, continuously available, or free from technical disruptions at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hi111 shall not be liable to you for:
- Any loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the Platform.
- Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, network outages, third-party provider failures, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
- Bets that are voided as a result of a software malfunction, data feed error, or obvious pricing error.
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, even where hi111 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
- Actions taken by hi111 in good faith compliance with applicable law or regulatory requirements.
In any event, hi111's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit hi111's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
